Valley Forge National Historical Park has 26 miles of authorized trails over 3600 acres that are used for historical purposes, tours, hiking, biking and running. Please note that dogs must be leashed at all times and you must clean up after your pet. If your are still looking for a pet around Valley Forge, our staff highly recommends looking into adoption from a local animal shelter. Montgomery County SPCA, Home At Last Dog Rescue, Pawsibilities Animal Rescue , Main Line Animal Rescue, and Brandywine Valley SPCA are all great places to look at for adoption.
